Marking Studio Kennon’s first residential project in Queensland, Bel Air reinterprets the architectural language of New Farm through a distinctly contemporary lens. Inside, a warm, textural palette of natural stone and timber creates homes that feel tactile, relaxed, and enduring.

The rooftop brings together two simple priorities: wellness and gathering, creating spaces that naturally become part of daily life.

An 11-metre pool, sun lounges, gym, and sauna create space to move, unwind, and reset. A barbecue kitchen and alfresco dining area invite long lunches and sunset drinks that linger into the evening. A table away from home, without ever leaving it.
